Choice and opportunity as you age
We are a not-for-profit organisation, established by the Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne as an independent agency in 1960.
Our vision is to enable seniors to live in dignity and peace of mind, by creating and providing within a Catholic ethos, choices in care, services and retirement living.
Currently we employ over 430 staff and 100 volunteers and provide services to almost 1,000 seniors throughout Victoria, including:

Our strategic directions include an active expansion of our services into new geographical areas, as well as further development of an integrated continuum of accommodation, care and retirement living options.
We value the close relationships we have with the Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne, local parishes, religious orders, the Australian Catholic University, various cultural groups and local communities.
